the parking was available on site. it proved very helpful. the location is close to shops. it was an easy walk. a restaurant is present. we ate there for two nights.
my window did not fully close. drafts persisted throughout the night. the double bed felt small. only one pillow was provided per person. the iron left black marks on my white top.

The staff was helpful . They answered all my questions quickly. my room had a spacious layout and provided ample space for luggage and movement. the breakfast included a variety of options such as cereals, pastries, and hot items. i appreciated the hotel's proximity to local shops and restaurants. Everything was within walking distance.
the shower pressure was a little weak.

friendly welcome smooth check-in spacious room
I appreciated the friendly welcome i received. The reception staff were attentive and helpful. My room was spacious and had adequate facilities. It contributed to a very comfortable stay. Breakfast offered good variety. I found it delicious and filling.
the carpark was quite busy . i had difficulty finding a space on one evening upon returning to the hotel after dinner. This inconvenience caused minor stress.

The location proved AMAZING!!! It was very convenient for visiting nearby attractions. The staff offered friendly assistance throughout my stay.
The room lacked proper sound insulation. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms. the bathroom extractor fan was not working properly. It did not effectively remove moisture after showers.

comfy bed attentive staff
The room offered great value, with a comfy bed and useful amenities, like a hairdryer and an ironing board. the staff were really good. I'm grateful for their attentiveness. parking was convenient, and the hotel's location was near the town centre.
an orange light in the room was quite bright at night. it bothered me and made it difficult to sleep well.

I had a very good breakfast, it included many choices. the bacon was a bit hard. This was likely because it was kept warm under heat lamps. you could order eggs prepared fresh upon request though.

adequate room and service
smooth check-in good selection bathroom paint wall stain
the check-in process was smooth and efficient a friendly young lady completed it. the restaurant provided a good meal in the evening the breakfast buffet had a very good selection.
the room cleanliness was not great there was hair on the bathroom wall and stains along the walls. the bathroom needs redecoration the paint was cracked due to shower moisture.
